- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Pre-Order Items
- Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and are made available for purchase before production or inventory arrival.
- Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change.
- Production, manufacturing, customs, and carrier delays may affect shipment timelines.
- By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped and may vary by location. Shipping usually takes. Please allow 10-15 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Pre-order deliveries usually can take up to 4-6 weeks. Dates can change based on fulfillment and manufacturing.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information.
• Lost packages resulting from customer-provided address errors.

Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders
• Pre-order items may require additional production time before shipment.
• Customers will receive updates regarding significant delays when available.
• Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless required by applicable law.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Make sure to read to description whether the item is for pre-order or an item in hand. Once you order, you will receive an email confirmation and once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email.
All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL/FEDEX. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.
