Order Cancellations

 

• Orders may not be canceled once they have been submitted and payment has been successfully processed.
• In limited circumstances, cancellation requests received before order processing begins may be considered at our sole discretion.
• Approved cancellations, if any, may be issued as store credit only.

Pre-Orders

 

• Pre-order purchases are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment has been received.
• Estimated shipping dates are subject to change and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
